Shipping policy

Processing Times

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days, after the order is placed.

  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Options

UK Customers:

  • Standard Shipping: Free of charge, delivery aim 2-4 working days.

  • Upgraded Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional cost. Delivery times vary depending on the option selected (e.g. 1st Class Express, 24-hour tracked etc.)

  • Please note: Choosing the 24-hour tracked delivery option only upgrades the shipping method. It does not speed up order processing — your order will still be prepared and dispatched according to our standard processing times.

International Customers:

  • Shipping costs and delivery times:

    • EU Countries: £3.50, estimated delivery 3-5 working days.

    • Canada & Australia: £4.50, estimated delivery 6-7 working days.

    • USA: £10.00, estimated delivery 6-7 working days.

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility. Delivery times may be delayed by customs procedures.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available for your shipping method).

Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address.

  • If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact us at madebysoha@outlook.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
